Some of your responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding.
Lead recruitment efforts for Technology, Mobile, and Software Development positions.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Establish and update HR policies in line with global standards and company requirements.
Support organizational growth by implementing best practices from headquarters.
Contribute to company-wide HR projects that enhance employee experience and engagement.
Ensure a seamless workplace environment by overseeing office-related operations and needs.
Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Support compensation and benefits processes in collaboration with leadership.
Contribute to training, career development, and organizational growth initiatives.
Assist in planning and implementing performance management frameworks.
Act as a trusted HR advisor for leadership, providing insights on workforce planning and employee relations.
Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Partner with internal teams to enhance employer branding and talent retention.

What we look for

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
4+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent management.
Experience and knowledge in compensation management, performance management, training and organizational development, career management, employer branding, and employee experience
Proven track record in Technology, Mobile, or Software Development recruitment.
Experience in implementing new HR processes, policies, or initiatives.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
